Everyone can do Bikram Yoga, from the biggest couch potato to the most accomplished professional athlete.

As with any time you try something new, it's normal to feel nervous. Please don't be scared! As Bikram always says, it's never too late, you're never too old, you're never to sick to start from scratch again. Come back to class as soon as possible the next day is best. This way, you quickly see the cumulative benefits of the yoga. Take advantage of our Introductory 10 days come every day if you can! This way, you don't have to trust us to tell you how much the yoga can do for you. You will see for yourself. Keep a passing grade in mind. 60-70% attendance during your Intro 10 days and you will feel the cumulative benefit of of Bikram Yoga as you acclimate to the sequence and the hot room. 

A lot of people say, "I can't do yoga - I'm not flexible." or, "I need to get in better shape before I go to that hot yoga." Don't be silly! That's like saying, "I have to get rid of this pneumonia before I go to the doctor." The yoga is therapy - no matter your condition, come try every posture to the best of your ability, and you will see the benefits. 

Observe and enjoy the final savasana in sweet silence and peace. 

Please be respectful of others and create a peaceful environment in the studio premises. 

Align your mat and  do not block another person’s view of the mirror. 

Please practice good oral hygiene : mouth wash or brush your teeth for pranayama breathing. 

Please practice proper hygiene including clean feet and body. 

Please keep used tissue on the mat.
